As a competitive pistol shooter and professional instructor who’s attended thousands of hours of classes, to improve not just my shooting, but my teaching, I know there are different levels of instruction in all fields. Gaining the proper foundation through qualified instructors is important and PRS instructors know just how important it is to teach street strategies that go beyond simply getting a class 6 license. Fatal funnels, the use of mnemonics, constant hands on training and repetition, all the hallmarks of advanced instruction, is evident in everything PRS teaches, and my time in their hands to get my license was exceptional. Not every individual that holds a firearm license is a safe gun owner, the same can be said about a motorcycle instructor – not all training is equal, it’s your life and PRS will teach you the best ways to stay alive on a motorcycle.
